In our pumps, the impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft. Since there are
no bearings or bearings in the pump section, the pump life is around 10 years. If the
mechanical seal in the motor is changed every 5 years, the pump will not fail.
DON'T USE THE PUMPS BELOW IN DANCING FOUNTAINS
This type of pumps are designed for vertical application. The shaft of impellers has
journal bearings lubricated by water. There is no problem when this type of pumps are
operated vertically, because the water film prevents the metal to metal contact. If
these pumps are operated horizontally, the impeller shaft makes contact with bearings
when motor starts and this causes damage the bearings. As a result, pump will require
much more maintenance.
